Help us continue doing whatever it takes to support Santa Clarita’s kids.
We need your support now, more than ever, as our staff is doing whatever it takes to ensure our children and families have what they need through these uncertain times.
We say when the schools are out the Clubs are in… this is putting us to the test like never before.
Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley will re-open its doors when it is safe to do so. In the meantime, local children and teens need support more than ever before. Youth Development Professionals have been hard at work developing new and innovative ways to continue the Club’s mission of reaching those who need us most. Through virtual programming, social media, phone calls, and letter writing staff are connecting with Club members through these hard times.
Your donations are vital to rebuilding the community. Santa Clarita’s youth need to quickly get back on track to their great future. Your support will help stem the learning loss kids are experiencing. The Club is the place parents will turn to while they get back on their feet. And maybe most importantly, at the Club, kids and teens will get to be kids again: playing with friends, spending time with mentors and heroes, laughing, and healing.
Studies* show for the first time in history, the next generation of youth will be left with fewer opportunities than the one before. Kids deserve better. We have an opportunity to lift them up. Help them reach their aspirations. Give them a great future. For many kids and teens, the American Dream is no longer within reach. But we can change this trajectory by providing educational and career opportunities, building character and teaching invaluable life skills.
• Get involved in the community
• Avoid risky behaviors
• Increase their health awareness
Investing in the youth of today is a wise investment. When you donate, your money goes far. For every dollar you give, your community gets almost $10 back. At the Boys & Girls Club, we serve one purpose: to enable young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, and responsible adults.
