Live & Silent Auction

Large trees (6 foot+ tall), tabletop trees, and gingerbread houses.

All items will be available for viewing online.  Large trees will be auctioned off during the Live Auction at the Magic of the Lights Gala Friday evening. Pre-purchased ticket required to attend and bid. Tabletop trees and gingerbread houses will be auctioned online throughout the event.   Bids may be placed on silent auction items up until Sunday, November 20 at 5:00 p.m. when the online bidding platform closes.  Silent auction items may feature Buy-It-Now prices. When a bidder uses the “buy-it-now” option that item will no longer be available for bidding.  It may still be viewed.

Large trees and vignettes will be featured in the LIVE AUCTION and will be sold at the Magic of the Lights Gala on Friday.  They may still be viewed throughout the weekend however they will close out during the Live Auction Friday night and will not be available for bidding on Saturday and Sunday.

Tabletop Trees and Gingerbread Houses may be picked up Sunday evening 5pm-6pm, Monday morning, and at the Newhall Clubhouse.  We will be moving out of the event space Monday afternoon. 

Large trees and vignette items will be delivered to your home by Camelot Moving & Storage 1-3 weeks after the event (subject to mutual agreement and schedule of movers)(Camelot will be at the Gala at the end of the Live Auction).
