Gift baskets and Holiday Boutique items can be purchased any time at the Festival. Tabletop Trees, Gingerbread Houses and some of the Large Trees and Vignettes are silent auction items and also have a buy-it-now price. Bid sheets are located next to, or nearby each item and bids may be placed on any of these items up until Sunday, November 19 at 5:00 p.m. when the bid boards will begin closing. If you are planning to bid in the silent auction, you may return to the Festival at 4:30 on Nov. 19 to check a previous bid, or place other bids. Admission will be free after 4:30 p.m. A mini live auction will be held at the time of each bid board closing and will conclude by 7:00 p.m., so plan to stay until the item you are bidding on closes.

Buy-it-Now gingerbread houses may be taken at the time of purchase. Buy-it-Now Tabletop and large trees must remain at the Festival until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 19.

Large trees and vignettes that are posted as LIVE AUCTION will be sold at the Magic of the Lights Gala on Saturday, November 18. For information about the Gala, or to purchase tickets, click here.

Picking up Purchases, and Delivery of Trees

Tabletop Trees and Gingerbread Houses may be picked up starting Monday, November 20 at the Sports Complex from 10 a.m. till 2:00 p.m. Beginning Tuesday, November 21 they can be picked up at the Club office at 24909 Newhall Avenue, Newhall, CA 91321 from noon to 5:00 p.m.

Large trees and vignette items will be delivered to your home by Camelot Moving & Storage starting Tuesday, November 21. Subject to mutual agreement and schedule of movers.
