New Grants Support Programs for Kids
The Pacific Youth Foundation has awarded a $70,000 Super Resource Grant, which ties into strengthening the Club through its long-range, strategic planning process. After the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley fulfills tasks in the areas of board development, human resources, marketing, financial accountability and program capacity, it will receive an additional $70,000 in 2013. The Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Employees' Reaching Out Club granted $7,000 for the fitness and nutrition program at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley. The Walt Disney Company contributed $5,000 for general support, along with 50 tickets to Disneyland. Thank you to all our generous donors for supporting our programs for local youth!
