A Tiki Tiki Tiki Room tree, Elves at Work, and It's a Charlie Brown Christmas were among the full-sized trees auctioned off at the 9th annual Festival of Trees Nov. 11-23 at the Westfield Valencia Town Center.  More than 12,000 people helped raise a net of $100,000 at the 2011 event.

Six Flags Magic Mountain will offer free admission to anyone bringing a new, unwrapped toy valued at $20 or more to the theme park on Dec. 10-11.  All toys collected during the event are distributed to thousands of children in the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Los Angeles County Alliance.

From Nov. 30-Dec. 12, shoppers at JCPenney at the Westfield Valencia Town Center are invited to turn small change into “pennies from heaven” by rounding up their purchases and donating the difference to the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley.

Macy's card members can enroll in the Thanks for Sharing rewards program with a one-time $25 fee charged to their Macy's credit card.  Once enrolled, card members accumulate rewards equal to 10% of most of their Macy’s card purchases through Dec. 31, 2011. Macy’s will make a donation for each customer enrolling in the program to the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita Valley.
